Baby Dedications

Happening right alongside Water Baptisms on this same Sunday, if you have a child you would like to have dedicated to the Lord on this day, you can register online at our website and fill out all the details.  One of our pastors will reach out and confirm and answer any questions you may have, etc. to help prepare you and your family for this Sunday.  Also, please note that Baby Dedications will be taking place during 2nd service (10:45 AM) on this day! 
Q: WHY DO WE NOT BAPTIZE BABIES?
God’s Word clearly states that in order to be saved, you must make a personal profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Instead of baptizing a baby who clearly cannot make that statement of faith, we provide a baby dedication ceremony. The ceremony is intended to be a covenant between the parents and God on behalf of the child.  The parents promise to raise their child in the faith until the child is old enough to make his own personal confession of Christ.  The church body also enters into covenant with the parents to assist them in any way possible in raising their children in the faith.
