I/We agree to set up and clean up all areas used intentionally or unintentionally prior to our leaving the premises at the above mentioned times.

I/We agree not to use tobacco or alcohol products on the church premises.

I/We agree with the church's Statement of Faith.

I/We agree that the church reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, should any action be deemed detrimental to the property or church.
