Only you will receive a confidential email containing the details you fill out below for each person.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTERWARDS?
You will need to print each confidential evaluation you’ve received from your email, and bring with you to Charis Canyon (to give to each person). Your email will include a PDF attachment for easy printing.
